British-Norwegian Defence Industry Seminar 2025
The Norwegian government has announced its intention to acquire British-built frigates, with the project valued at approximately £10bn. As part of this strategic procurement, an industrial cooperation agreement will be established between the Norwegian authorities and BAE Systems.
In support of this landmark collaboration, ADS, in partnership with our Norwegian counterpart FSi, is pleased to announce a British-Norwegian Defence Industry Seminar to be held in Oslo between 24–26 November 2025.
This event will provide a unique opportunity to:
- Gain insights into the evolving British-Norwegian defence and materiel cooperation.
- Engage directly with key stakeholders from both governments and leading industry players.
- Explore partnership and supply chain opportunities linked to the frigate programme and broader defence collaboration.
In addition to the frigate programme, the seminar will also highlight emerging areas of bilateral interest, including:
- Space and satellite technologies
- Protection of underwater critical infrastructure
- Uncrewed Underwater Vehicles (UUVs) and autonomous maritime systems
- Cyber
