Introducing a new cross-sector programme aimed at introducing SMEs to a hidden talent opportunity whilst supporting career returners back into the workforce. Not only will it enable SMEs to access experienced engineering talent it will also improve their diversity & inclusion measures.<\/p>\n

ADS is partnering with Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Consultancy STEM Returners<\/a>, skills charity Enginuity<\/a>, and the Society of Motor Manufacturers & Traders <\/a>(SMMT) on the new initative.<\/p>\n

In this webinar we will outline more about the scheme and timeframe, and hear from a current career returner and host company.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Supporting this programme will benefit employers in the following ways:<\/p>\n
