ADS is partnering with Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Consultancy STEM Returners<\/a>, skills charity Enginuity<\/a>, and the Society of Motor Manufacturers & Traders <\/a>(SMMT) on the new initative.<\/p>\n In this webinar we will outline more about the scheme and timeframe, and hear from a current career returner and host company.\u00a0<\/p>\n Supporting this programme will benefit employers in the following ways:<\/p>\n Target a talent pool of highly qualified and experienced candidates STEM Returners help employers recruit, develop, and retain the best available talent, enabling highly qualified and experienced STEM professionals to re-start their career or transfer their skills.
