At the end of October 2023, the Public Procurement Act received Royal Assent and is expected to be implemented by Autumn 2024. The new Act will create a new central digital platform for suppliers which simplifies bidding processes, establishes more flexible commercial frameworks, and makes it easier for smaller businesses to compete.\u00a0<\/p>\n
