ADS is delighted to host a members\u2019 briefing with the Single Source Regulations Office (the SSRO) as well as the Ministry of Defence (MOD). This session will provide an opportunity to learn about the key principles of the regulatory framework, what contracts are and are not covered by the regulations and the reporting requirements on suppliers. The SSRO and the MOD will also provide some tips, guidance and de-mystify some common misconceptions.<\/p>\n
Non-competitive contracts account for around half of the MOD\u2019s annual procurement spend, circa \u00a39bn per annum. Many of these procurements are subject to the Single Source Contract Regulations, that provide guidance on what contract costs are and how contract profit is calculated.<\/p>\n
