The discussion will allow ADS members to hear from the Ministry of Defence experts on Public Procurement \u2013 who have led the implementation of the new act within the MoD, training over 2000 MOD civil servants in how to apply the legislation, as well as Industry leads who have supported the introduction of the act and have a wealth of knowledge in Government contracting.<\/p>\n<p>The UK Government\u2019s new UK Procurement Legislation goes live on 28 October 2024. This radical change to UK Public Procurement will change how the UK Ministry of Defence procure over \u00a338bn per year of Goods and Services.
