Invitation to the Aerospace Growth Partnership Future Skills Requirements workshop on <\/span>Through-life services, MRO and End-of-life<\/span><\/p>\n

The Aerospace Growth Partnership and Hydrogen Capability Network are delighted to invite you to our upcoming Future Skills Requirements workshop on Through-life services, MRO and end-of-life<\/strong>, kindly hosted by HVM Catapult. You have been identified as a key industry or academic expert<\/strong> whose experience and knowledge will make a substantial contribution to the workshop. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose<\/strong> of this workshop is to identify the future skills required to support the next era of flight including both commercial aircraft and AAM applications, by utilising expertise from across the wide UK Aerospace ecosystem. We will consider the skills required to support the full product lifecycle, and the outcomes<\/strong> will help to define priorities for the development of educational and skilling pathways, supporting new workforce development.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This specific workshop will focus on the skills needed to support aircraft and aerospace services throughout their lifecycle, including maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), and end-of-life services The event will bring together industry & academia experts from the relevant communities to realise the skills gaps within UK Aerospace<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop will aim to capture the different skills; skill levels; and workforce volumes demanded from industry to deliver its ambitions; as well as timeframes required.<\/span><\/p>\n
