Held in a hybrid format at The Hotel, the event facilitated collaboration on innovative tools and strategies aimed at enhancing resilience and sustainability in European coastal regions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The agenda featured comprehensive updates on the OCEANIDS Work Packages, with sessions addressing stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and technological advancements. A key highlight was the <em>EO4Port of the Future Workshop<\/em>, which showcased advanced Earth Observation (EO) solutions for maritime applications, aligning with OCEANIDS\u2019 mission to optimize coastal operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Active contributions from the project\u2019s Advisory Board\u2014comprising experts in oceanography, GIS, and environmental research\u2014provided critical insights for advancing user-driven tools and preparing for field validation activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>By fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and integrating expertise across research, industry, and policy sectors, the 2nd Plenary Meeting reinforced OCEANIDS\u2019 dedication to promoting resilience and inclusivity in the blue economy.
