By promoting the uptake of <strong data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1023\">space technologies<\/strong> for regional development, NEREUS strengthens local innovation ecosystems through dialogue, joint projects, and policy engagement\u2014ensuring regional voices are included in European space strategies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1467\">\u00a0A key highlight of the event was the announcement by <strong data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1327\">NEREUS Vice-President Marshal W\u0142adys\u0142aw Ortyl<\/strong> (Podkarpackie Region) on the <strong data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1390\">development of a Drone Valley<\/strong>, positioning the region as a hub for unmanned aerial systems and innovation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1472\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1497\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f3db.png\" alt=\"\ud83c\udfdb\" class=\"wp-smiley\" \/> About the Event<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1760\"><strong data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1526\">\u201cClusters Meet Regions\u201d<\/strong> is an initiative by the <strong data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1574\">European Commission<\/strong> under the umbrella of the <strong data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1626\">EU Industry Days 2025<\/strong>, held this year under the <strong data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1692\">Polish Presidency of the EU Council<\/strong>.
