The Procurement Act 2023 represents the most significant transformation to procurement law for decades and organisations that currently or hope to supply to public bodies need to be equipped to operate in this new regime after it went live on 24th February 2025. Sharon has 30 years\u2019 experience in senior commercial positions within major UK defence companies. Sharon now acts as Commercial & Procurement Advisor for several clients in the defence sector, including the UK MOD.
