This session will focus on eligibility and the changes to the Climate Change Agreement (CCA) scheme, which has been extended for another 6 years until March 2033.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The CCA scheme incentivises energy efficiency and emissions reduction in exchange for lower Climate Change Levy rates, a tax on energy bills. Businesses with a CCA must monitor and report their energy consumption and carbon emissions against agreed targets in 2-year reporting periods. Those new to the scheme will be able to apply to join from 1 May to 31 August 2025.<\/p>\n
Our members have seen collective savings of \u00a357.9 million since 2014 through the CCA scheme.<\/p>\n
