Copernicus Climate Change Service Gala and Use Case Exhibition
The Copernicus Climate Change Service Gala and Use Case Exhibition will take place on 15 October 2021 from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm CET virtually.
Participants will have the chance to learn more about Copernicus Climate Change Service achievements via its successful C3S use / demo cases stories!
The event is conceived as a gala, where a selected group of successful C3S services will present their relevant achievements, according to the following categories:
Introducing C3S to new user communities
Supporting C3S’ knowledge on the ‘applicability’ of its datasets and applications
Supporting C3S in gaining insights on the stakeholders and the data value chains to reach end users
Creating impactful visualization and communication material and promoting C3S to user communities
By attending the gala, you will learn about each competing service, watch the short videos showing their highlights, and witness which service receives the prize for each category during the live awards ceremony. The winning services will be selected by a jury of experts from different organisations and ECMWF. You will also have a chance to engage with the representatives of the winning services with your questions in a moderated conversation.
After the gala, you will have the possibility of visiting the virtual Use Case Exhibition booths to learn more about the services, obtain deeper insights in conversation with the hosts of each booth and network with other colleagues from your field of interest.
