Webinar: The UK’s new public procurement regime
At the end of October 2023 the Public Procurement Act received Royal Assent and is expected to be implemented by autumn 2024. The new Act will create a new central digital platform for suppliers, simplify bidding processes, establish more flexible commercial frameworks, and make it easier for smaller businesses to compete.
We are delighted to host a members briefing on this legislation in partnership with the Cabinet Office and Ministry of Defence. This session will provide an opportunity to learn about the key incoming changes to public procurement and what suppliers need to do to prepare.
