Tabletop: Exclusive Engagement for Mid-Tiers and SMEs with London-based Diplomatic Staff
Following the great success of the inaugural event at MOD Main Building in April 2022 – and taking note of the recommendation from London-based overseas defence staff (who participated) which requested tabletops from each participating UK organisation – ADS is working with the Defence Section London (DSL, formerly Foreign Liaison Staff) to run a specific, dedicated Mid-Tier / Small Medium Enterprise (SME) engagement event with the London-based overseas Defence Attachés / Advisers.
This event will enable Mid-Tier / SMEs to meet with and present the details of their capabilities to a select range of London-based Defence Attachés / Advisers and associated diplomatic staff. The objective is to enhance awareness of the exhibitors’ capabilities within the Defence Diplomatic community and improve planned attendance – for international delegations – to their stands at major international events, such as DSEI.
Places are limited to 60 companies, each of whom can attend with two company representatives.
Draft Event Agenda
- 09:30 – Industry exhibitor registration and tabletop set up
- 10:30 – Defence Attaches / Advisers registration and arrivals, with informal networking tea / coffee
- 11:00 – Welcome remarks
- 11:15 – First session – Defence Attachés / Advisers visit exhibitor stands
- 13:00 – Informal networking lunch
- 14:00 – Second session – Defence Attachés / Advisers visit exhibitor stands
- 15:30 – Event close
